This is just to get an idea of anyone who is not current a share holder in 2009 action and would like a share/s in 2010. I plan to be selling shares at 500 a piece with retaining 30% of my own action. The action will be based on hopefully raising 200k in funds for 2010. 2009 was a very swingy year as far as tourneys went. I have played closed to 200k in events and currently down roughly 50k of original funds raised. There was some seriously deep runs in 10k events and some nice scores in events as low as 300 bucks. I again too all of you who weren't involved in 2009, On raised Bank roll I will play any live tourney with a buy in over 300 in any series of events. All supers STT and MTT sats for main events and events ranging in buy ins from 300-10k at my own discretion of field strength and EV. Anything over 10k I would pool investors or try to satellite into. It will also include all my online tourney action of buy ins of 200+..Ie.. Sunday tourneys,wcoop FTOPS and so forth. In 2010 Im trying to raise 200k just to have a cushion since I pawned off half my wsop action in 2009 more than likely I dont see this happening this year. I plan in 2010 to play more tourneys than I did in 2009. In backings like this volume is very key and I will be playing close to every day. It will look as 2009 closes that I played in the ball park of 140 tourneys. Being STT MTT or Sats. In the next few days once I complete the bellagio 5 diamond I will post the official backing terms for 2010 along with final results of 2009 and all my current tournament results for my life to get an idea of what you would be buying into. Poker Has been really rough since LA.. I have had zero cashes in tourneys at borgata Bellagio and ceasars, do to that I elected to avoid both of the 15k and 5k  main events. More just to keep the bankroll in some sort of tackt.  I will play every event at Venitian, and close the year out with the bellagio 5 diamond series. Sadly ill miss Foxwoods for the 1st time in years due to the fact travel is just to expensive for me. Traveling alone getting a hotel alone renting a car alone is just so pricey. 

Which leads me to point 2, Backing for 2010, one of my main concerns that i will ask for in backing next year is Travel costs, Maybe not all of them but a portion. Living in vegas now will cut down a ton of them basically i wont have to rent for the world series and so forth so that alone will save me 5k plus, and getting to LA is just a car ride or a cheap flight so again ill cut down in costs there, As far as east coast trips they are expensive at least foxwoods and mohegan are. I can get relitively cheap rooms in AC so thats not as much of a concern.

In regards to backing, I was dabbling with the idea of both a cash game and tourney bank roll, not sure how investors would like this idea, and as far as now nothing is in stone. I basically play 15-30 20-40 and 30-60 cash games on my own, And from what im hearing the 100-200 games and so forth are much juicer and may even be more profitable, Id also like to dabble in higher stakes NL cash games, 5-10 10-25 NL games, Since living in vegas and seeing alot of my pro friends they say there is so much money in these games. 

If i were to set up a cash game backing for 2010 also would those who are investors what this to be set up in a way of one huge roll, seperate cash and tourney rolls and just stick to a tourney backing and Ill continue to play the stakes im comfortable in as of now. 

Going forward I also would like to adress the idea of who anyone new who would like to invest Shares may open up as the year closes, this bankroll will be open to prior investors 1st but i know some of you missed out on a share last year so get me your names asap. 

Next up on my agenda, I have been given the opportunity to sign with a beta site called pokerprosnetwork.com sure new sites flop and thats the trend, id be given a full rake back deal and 40% rake back on those who sign up through me, also id be able to run my own tourneys and so forth, The site has signed some decnent but 2nd teir poker pros. Examples marsha wagnor alan kessler  david levi paul darden and so forth. It would be a 1 year deal, wed have to wear patches in major tourneys, but it doesnt exclude us if we make a tv/final table for other side endorsements. Im tossing and turning about it, Seems good and seems bad. site should launch play money in the next few days and then have a real money site by feb. IM so on the fence. NOt sure ill ever have an opportunity for the top sites and maybe a stepping stone to something that can take off who knows.  Check it out leave me feed back let me know what you all think.

Finally living in vegas. sure i been here since wsop basically but i feel like i have moved in now, my room is set up my stuff is shipped here and well i feel at home. I ll be back to a daily schedual now and things seem pretty fun so far. I have halloween to look forward to then its 2 months more of tourneys to end the year, NO MORE BUBBLES>.... I cant belive how many NL tourneys i have been exact bubble or final 2-3 bubble with huge chips lately.. easily been 4-5 now.. and i bubbled the money match in the NL heads up tourney... DOH... Hey I always said play as there is no bubble and play to win.. Sure i can have 4-5 more cashes but if either ofthem "flips" if you call AAvs KK a flip go my way i was in position for 100k scores.. Oh well IM very happy with my play in 2009 I had so many ohhh so closes A major win and 2 10k cashes.. No complaints even though im down a nice chunk! Time to finish up the year strong!!!

Well im officially in vegas now.. all my stuff from the east is shipped here and should be here soon. Borgata sucked.. i hosed all the events i played and bubbled the 1600 nl so bad running 99 into qq with 9 bb 3 away from the money. Ill be resting up till monday and back into action for the bellagio festa el lago prelims.. buy ins range from 1000-5000 and many games also there is a 10k horse and 15k main ill play it by air on how much of the really big buy in stuff ill play and hell maybe ill satilite in.

I tend to fair well in big buy in NL tourneys as of lately so who knows! only time will tell..

So after along battle with myself and heading home for just fargo.. I decided to be a sucker and stay an extra week or 2 in east coast.. Im stuck between a rock and hard place becasue I really want to go to WSOP-E and such with my friends but its really expensive and as of now i have no passport.. I did the expdiate delivery so I should have it in time to go.

LHE STUD HOSE.. and deep stack NL.. no way i can pass this opportunity up... All of my ac friends and fargo friends ill see you very very very very soon!!! WEEEEEEEE 2 weeks of hard core poker and another wpt even... SOMEBODY IS HAPPY.... VERY VERY HAPPY!!! and hell may even leave straight from AC to London if my passport arives and i have a few more bucks in my pocket!!!!

Back to the battle field.. 75 Left 27 get paid I belive we play to the money bubble tommaro.. and 6 the next day and TV table day after.. hopefully we can see all them days after! lol

 Ended day 1 of the WPT 10k Legends with 61k in chips.. starting stack was 30k avg is prob around 45k but thats just a guess. roughly  185 players are returning ..  I got up to 40k real fast hoverd through the whole day with that stack till the last hand of the night.. And man this was a doozy... 

Being the last hand of the night no one wants to go bust come back be happy whatever.. So yah I look down and See 2 red Kings in the HJ. UTG opens to 1100 oh ok thats cool its flatted by phralad friendman who played basically anything and just tried to out play people.. So now out of the corner of my eye I chatch the button cut out 6k. Hmmmm...???  is he going to really squeese here hes capable he has before.. FUCK IT .. i toss out 1100..  the button announces RAISE.. "DING!!!!" 6100... im like zipadeedoo da!!! now it gets better.. UTG tanks and folds.. Friedman CALLS!!! he calls the 6100. . I easily ship my 40k stack in the middle.. Button goes WOW i didnt expect that !! tanks forever till the clock runs out so it will be the last hand... folds.. Friedman snap folds and i pick up a DOOOSY!!! Off to day 2!!!! 

I sucked in the PLO rebuy.. had a really really tough but tight 1st table table broke went to a table  with a bunch of maniacs with chips. Took a flip lost after rebuy period.. well it was just basically a 1k tourney either u started with 7500 or 15000 chips .. so u could have saved the extra 500 if you desired.  Got it in with AKJT vs Naked KK .. hit a J on flop and no 2 pair and i go home booooo! 

So there was no lack of talent in this 1k event.. Many 50k horse players were around the field. and some of the games finest. Including me OBV.. lol Table 1 had jerry bus.. (not including him in the talent pool but hes not clueless) Chad brown scott clements. Through out the field included many hosers like chris armrial who final tabled. Berry Greensteien, Thor hanson Alan kessler Boosted J  Mike leah and such.. NO real big hands that i remeber i never had chips the structure was super fast at the end. I held my own down to 2-3 antes hell even all in with one ante in razz with J67,, GOT THERE.. I played pretty solid. ran ok.. and felt like It was one of my best tourney performances of this year vs the field. I made one bad limit holdem mistake vs chris early on when i open ak he flats BB flop was QQ9.. i bet he rasie i 3 bet he calls. turn was 10. an it went c c .. I shoulda bet the turn.. but i tried for the free card and cheap showdown and rthe river was a 6.. He had A6.. DOH prob the only had i admidly played poorly. 

Once we got to the final table i had 42k playing 16-32k so yah i was doomed but i outlasted Chris who donked off the chip lead in 3 huge omaha hands. I hung around doubled up and then managed to lose in razz when i completed (36)7  then manage to go 6383 for a boat and the J low scoops me out! 

I must say even though it totally effected the final table. One of the chip leaders got a call from his wife saying she was very ill.. He left the tourney and went to help her It was a very HONORABLE thing and I pray everything is ok with his wife.. He will prob blind off in 3-4th.... unless they make a deal and screw him or something who knows it LA..  Im very happy with the way i played IM very happy with 7th in that field .. I had zero soft spots, this tourney was real poker and im happy how it turned out.. Sure i would have liked the 32k and 1st place .. but 7th for never really being an avg stack all day.. ILL TAKE IT!!

So the 500-1k nl tourneys both sucked.  Got nothing going in the 500 that was a limp call any fest. Moved onto the 1k which i guess I drew and amazingly hard table .. not that i knew any of these kids but they talked like they were amazingly good and played amazingly well. There online namers were not sure if i wrote them down correctly but wanted to see if i could find out how good they really were.. I mean the easlily eached talked about 6-7 tourneys they won online for 100s of thousands.. so there sn were if i jotted them down corectly casue god only knows how peoople spell there online names... Kingkobe.(some numbers) Mastermind and i think he said term_ or something.. but they all were best friends and man they played alot together.. 3 betting 4 betting they were impressive.. So yah I OWNED TAHAT TABLE.. I actually folded a set of queens on the river to a royal.. OK SO I WAS playing the board by the end but still .. he showed teh royal.. if either of us played the turn more agressive I go broke in hand 4... theflop was qj9 turn 8 river 10 ... but if he rasis teh flop or turn we get it in there no doubt.. and he value bets 11k on the river i can safely fold .. anyway after donking off half my stack in hand 4 i managed to get up to almost 40k again.. LOST the great ole bob AK vs AQ flip for 20k.. opened some pots and got dwindled down to 12k.. then open shove in 500-1000.. ( a level they added after the tourney started YES YOU READ that correct they changed the structure in the middle of the tourney) A8ss into the chip leaders KJ off.. the 567 flop was nice the turn J was not no luck from there on out and im back to wondering god Y do i play better vs better players .. and passive hoserish players OWN ME... I DONT GET IT..... totally dont get it.. I should love to play these call any NL players... BUt i suck vs them.. I guess its casue i compleatly understand y guy a is 4 betting guy b who 3 bet guy c.. I know what there thinking is.. In passive NL guy B is thinking(hmmmmmm doughnuts) and calls in pos then i gotta fire at him again and he goes hmmmm doughnuts and calls again.. so now know nothing about my hand.. so i either fire the river or give up.. I hate playing like that it SUCKS>.. oh well horse tommaro .. Ill find a nice way to fuck that up....


So im consisdering not playing the 10k.. there are 3 1k sats for it.. if i get in one I play if not.. Im on the fence.. ill def check out the field and see the day it starts..  

So I had 2 guys who played O blind.. and capped every st (um was this the atlarge pink chip game>-??) 2 guys were were semi nitty and 2 guys were were super calling stations.. My 1st hand I show down in O A235 vs A5 98 on the 249 2 club flop.. which i got a few bets in turn j of diamonds.. got a few bets in now .. river 3  clubs.. OBV guy has A5 of clubs... and i get 1/4ed oh it was nice.. totally nice ,,,I actually won a pot with qs up in stud 8 in a hand almost every time Id fold on 6th.. but it was vs MR i played blind guy and kid who had a clue but was really lucky.. i think he had like JJ or something and trying to just push me out of pot.. ORRR they may have been playing together casue these 2 built some HUGE POTS.. again it was a weird spot so i called down which i felt was really bad with Qs up IN stud 8 but hey it was one of the few pots I actually won half of.... I scooped 0.. got 1 1/4 once.. floped some huge draws that bricked.. Made a 7 low and 2 pair in stud 8 vs a 7th st wheel again now these are 5 way pots so its tough to fold hands... when u get involved..  People folded No pair in stud 8 it was great.. in Omaha I opened with A267 a7 suited.. got re rasied by a446 then 4 bet by 2346 I won 0 of that pot.... the 235 flop hit me perfect.. other than that I played ah... ok at best.. Not sure i played the right style for the type of action that was going on.. i played semi tight.. our table was playing stud SOOOO slow to we got like 8 hands in if we were lucky in the stud rounds... in the O rounds it was like put in 4 bets see a flop put in 4 bets see a turn.. and someone shows down a winner... oh well.. at least tom is NL

Plus that makes me wonder about playing the 1k horse now will it again be a bingo tourney! It can work out great if you hit hands though so its not the worst thing in the world

Well today marked A huge day in my poker career and life. I officially Live in Henderson NV.  At least for all tax purposes and so forth Ill still probably spend 2-3 months on the east coast for major tourneys and well I have a boat load of friends there but for now Im where I have to be in terms of Taxes and Poker playing.  Im excited to get back to the tourney grind. So far in 2009 im down roughly 10k on my backing actually think the number is like 8.5k but in the same ball park. I feel very good about this up coming series. Having PLO HORSE and an OE tourney along with a boat load of NLs its a series that not only do i feel I can fair well it, it mixes up from playing NL every single day! Along with most of the end prelims I also will be playing the 10k NL main event. so far in 2009 my 10k record is 1-4. 2 of them being stud events. I still plan to play roughly 3 more 10ks after this one too before the year is up. Maybe more now being on the west coast and the avalibility of Cali.
Im so looking forward to getting back on the circut. This year I have grown as a poker player sooo much and met so many great new friends. I must say the goods in this career out weigh the bads but man the bads do suck sometimes! Sorry I havent blogged much lately. I was so drained after barge with the week to relax get all the paper work done for my licence my car and my place somewhat set up. Yah I dunno I actually won a NL tourney.. OK so it had 36 people and yah it was only 300 bucks.. and Yah I traded Halfsies with marlin.. But hell .. I STILL WON.. and man the bellagio gives sweet ass trophys for a win!! im impressed even the box it came in was fancy.. Barge update... +2200 in day 1... and a free dinner!! THANKS STEVE YOUR THE BEST...

185 started day 6.. I came in 185.. LOL in BB hand CO opens to 50k.. I look down see AJ off Ship 400k snappy he got QQ i go out before clock ticks off one min!! ESPN loved me!! oh well 36gs is cool i guess! 

whoa monster stack compaired to that 200k shit.. still at about a re rasie all in stack and maybe 1/3 avg stack but fuck im still tickin in this thing.. Story of today I totaly Chic'd A chic... Man AK vs AA and she was drawing dead on the turn .. it was kinda nice.. I felt bad casue she was like 2nd or 3rd for last women standing last year and musta been really close this year.. Oh well.. Folding JJ pre after opening got re rasies and shoved on the kid who shoved had total Air but i was a total puss and folded anyway.. JC tran claims he folded AK.. who knows... Was all in AQ vs K6 won that and well stole here and there got up to 565k my highest stack so far in the main.. then blinded and lost some to re reases.. Sucks I start again in the BB after just paying 2 blinds every little bit helps.. But oh well. I started day 5 with 20 bb y not start day 6 with 20bb.. Fuck ILl take FT table 20bb too!!
